Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
